Once a client is on board with HR2day, the team works closely with them to fully understand the business, the staff, plans for growth, etc.
They will gather all the company’s existing HR documents, complete an audit on employee data then create a suite of employee contract templates and handbook, bespoke to the client and aligned with their business objectives.
A fact-finding meeting takes place with the client where we understand exactly what documents the client requires. Once the fact-finding exercise has been completed, we can then look at other areas where there might be gaps, for example staff training and development, leadership and management issues.
Often, the team need to be able to turn things around really quickly for our clients, as we did recently when we brought a new client onboard who was in the process of launching a new company.
Time was of the essence! The team had less than a week to gather employee details, carry out a fact-finding exercise and to generate new bespoke documents. In addition, the documents had to be signed off by the client before they were implemented.
The team worked really hard to get everything in place, and in time for the client to launch the business. Fortunately, deadlines were met and the client is happy knowing they are working in line with employment legislation from day one!
