HR Business Partner

Melissa is an experienced Human Resource professional with 12 years demonstrated history of working in various HR generalist roles across several sectors including education, the public sector and manufacturing. She  holds a CIPD level 5 in Human Resource management, after completing her studies at Aston University.

Melissa joined the team as she saw it as an exciting and different, opportunity for her to further her skills and knowledge.

In her spare time, she enjoys going for walks in the countryside and would describe herself as a very caring, loyal, and passionate person.
