Seminar Update; Breathe HR

Last week we held one of our regular seminars. The feedback has been overwhelmingly brilliant and we are looking forward to running more this year. In the seminar, we covered a number of hot topics and over the coming weeks, we will recap the key topics we covered including mental health in the workplace, health and safety, the Government’s Good Work Plan (Brexit) and how the emerging workforce is changing organisational cultures (Gen z and Millenials). Today we are starting with Breathe HR, who we are proud to be a gold partner with to bring you an amazing HR system.

1. You can store all your documents on the system, so everything is in a central location and backed up. You get unlimited storage so you never need to worry about running out of space.
2. When you want individuals to read a document you can send it directly to them, you will then be able to see when they read it and have them confirm to say this is done. A great audit trail and you can even send reminders.
3. You can manage all your absence through the system from holidays to other kinds of leave,  it can all be logged directly onto the system so you can quickly see patterns. And, if you don’t want to give all employees access we can manage this for you and ensure everything is inputted accurately and timely.
