Aiden Taylor

Trainee HR Advisor

Aiden started his career in HR back in 2017 within the Royal Navy starting off as an administrator within the Submarine Service. Over the next five years Aiden worked in a variety of administrative and management roles ending his time in the Armed Forces as the Office Supervisor at 42 CDO Royal Marines. Following on from the Royal Navy Aiden started his Level 5 CIPD and moved into the civilian sector working with a marine charity before starting with HR2day.

Outside of work Aiden enjoys walking on the moors and travelling around the UK.
