Kurt Thurlow
HR & Business Support Administrator
Since joining HR2day in March 2025 as a HR & Business Support Administrator, Kurt has used strong organisation, accuracy and practical knowledge to help turn people processes into clear, efficient and reliable ways of working.
In his role, Kurt supports the team with a range of administrative tasks that help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. His day-to-day work can include helping with HR paperwork, updating systems and records, supporting onboarding and recruitment activity, organising documents, responding to queries and assisting the wider team wherever needed. He enjoys being involved in the practical side of operations and takes pride in making sure the detail is looked after.
Kurt is keen to continue building his knowledge of HR processes and systems, while also developing connections across the industry and gaining a deeper understanding of the value and strength of HR consultancy. In September, he will be heading to college to begin working towards his CIPD Level 5 to become a qualified HR Advisor. Working closely with the core team at HR2day gives him a great opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, build his confidence and develop the skills and insight needed for the next stage of his career.
Outside of work, Kurt enjoys football, supporting Liverpool, and spending time with friends having a good laugh and making the most of his downtime.
