HR Account Manager

Clare brings significant experience within retail and operational based HR, having worked for major retailers including B&Q and Heron Foods as on site HR and regional field based HR, supporting store and area manager teams in all aspects of HR. Clare has experienced both sides of most HR processes, including being made redundant herself, meaning she understands how it feels from the other side of the process.

Clare is an associate CIPD member and is studying towards her CIPD Level 5. Clare also covers the cross over role of administration and advice at HR2day.

When she’s not at work, Clare enjoys going to the gym and generally keeping fit.
